I am an experienced contractor having been contracting since 1998, before this I was a Management Consultant (PWC and AMSL).

 

I provide Project and Programme Planning services including:

• Planning

• Reporting

• Risks and issues

• Configuration control

• Quality control and reviews

• Dependency management

• Mentoring in Project Management and control

 

For some clients, I provide a one-man Project Office function.  For others, I perform the PMO Lead role leading a small group to provide these services.

 

For many clients, I have designed and implemented the PMO function and handed it over to the client organisation.

 

I can also provide Project Management services. To date, these have been projects in the £1-2M range, though I am always looking out for opportunities to expand this area of my skills.

 

I don't limit myself to these services and add value as opportunities present themselves. One example of this was teaching myself web design to be able to lead in the production of the Orange / France Telecom Fraud Knowledge Management webspace

I have also set up VisiPlan to sell SummayPro which is a powerful new tool to produce Plan on a Page (POAP) executive summaries of detailed plans quickly, easily and with no human errors. This ensures that you can spend less time generating attractive, accurate and meaningful reports and more time adding value.
